Shipping policy

We do our best to get all orders out as soon as possible. Most orders go out the same or next day.

We accept Returns and Exchanges within 14 days. Boots/Shoes/Sandals must be unworn to be eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Items received that are not eligible will not be refunded or exchanged. Return shipping labels are not provided for returns and is the responsibility of the buyer. There are some exceptions where the customer is provided with a "pre-paid" label. In that case, the shipping cost incurred to return the product will be deducted from the refund.

Eligible items that are returned for refunds will be issued a refund for the item itself. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee.  Shipping/Handling charges is not included with the refund as they have been paid to UPS or USPS to ship the item(s).
